The factors of direct foreign investments involvement into Russian regions are analyzed, and the classification of groups of factors forming regional comparable advantages in the process of direct foreign investments involvement is worked out in the article: economical indicators, the level of physical infrastructure development, the level of regional institutional development, regional economic policy, regional openness for the external economic relations, geographical peculiarities of the region. Ranging of factors of direct foreign investments involvement is conducted on the base of econometrical research, the recommendations for working out of economic policy on the foreign capital income to the Russian economy stimulation are given in the article.

A purpose of this paper is the development of regional socioeconomic systems analysis methodology. Methodical attitude to the estimation of the Russian Federation subject socioeconomic development stability is considered. The base of this estimation is an analysis of the typological groups and socioeconomic well-being indicators of the socioeconomic subsystems (municipalities) placed on the Federation subject territory. Original instruments of this analysis on the basis of Kohonen's Self-Organizing Maps are proposed.

A purpose of this paper is the development of regional self-development potential analysis methodology. The offered methodology is based on the estimation of regional socioeconomic systems functions realization. Methodological principles and methodical attitude to this estimation for the socioeconomic subsystems placed on the Federation subject territory is considered.
