#4 / 2005 Category: MODELLING OF ECONOMYThe factors of direct foreign investments involvement into Russian regions are analyzed, and the classification of groups of factors forming regional comparable advantages in the process of direct foreign investments involvement is worked out in the article: economical indicators, the level of physical infrastructure development, the level of regional institutional development, regional economic policy, regional openness for the external economic relations, geographical peculiarities of the region. Ranging of factors of direct foreign investments involvement is conducted on the base of econometrical research, the recommendations for working out of economic policy on the foreign capital income to the Russian economy stimulation are given in the article.

#1 / 2009 Category: MODERN TOOLS OF ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMIC PROCESSESPaper is devoted to organizing of emissions trading at resource capacity region economy as institutional innovation posses a great potential for technological modernization, sustainable economic growth and living standards increasing. It is argued that emissions trading could lead to essential effects at the resource capacity regions of Russian economy because there is a high level potential to reduce power capacity of the economy. Sverdlovsk oblast is a region with high level potential to reduce power capacity of the regional economy. Authors consider one of the Kyoto’ Protocol instrument to reduce emissions – Projects for Joint Performance – as a segment of global CO2 market where Russia could occupy a considerable share. It will allow to Russian regions with “harden” economic structure get resources to launch a process of technological modernization and improving of quality of environment. Exploring data of emissions greenhouse gases at Sverdlovsk oblast for 1990, 2000-2006 authors argue a necessity for organizing a regional emission trading via attracting projects for joint performance as an instrument to reduce emission.
