In clause the processes describing change of structure of economy of one of most typical oldindustrial regions of Russia – the Perm edge are considered. With use of parameters of the integrated and developed structure of economy by authors processes of becoming in territory of region of economy of postindustrial type, formation of elements of new economy are revealed, and within the limits of last processes of origin of elements of socioeconomy are allocated.
