In the given work the return problem of the balanced trade in economic is studied: on set , , to define , satisfying to a condition The method of its decision which allows to reduce the decision to a problem of square-law programming is offered. Solving a problem by means of means Microsoft Excel, we find non-negative elements of a matrix. In a problem it is used statistical data of Southern Federal district.
