Radioecological situation in Kurgan region as consequence of activity of the largest nuclear enterprise of the country, presence of the territories which have suffered from radioactive pollution, put enforcement authorities of the region before necessity constantly to react to the extremely adverse ecological conditions. The set of the radiation-ecological factors affecting social and economic development of polluted territories, health and mood of the population, has no analogues in Russia, therefore it is necessary to offer and formulate the basic directions of rehabilitation policy on liquidation of consequences of radiation extreme situation for a conclusion of similar territories from crisis.

The article is devoted to the problems of an estimation of ecological safety at a regional level. Authors systematized criteria and considered the algorithm of an estimation of ecological safety of the region. The methodical device of an estimation of ecological safety of the region on factor of an exhaustion ecological technical capacity of territory was offered.

In modern market conditions ecological marketing becomes more significant for formation and realization of functions of an ecological policy of the industrial enterprise. It is caused by increasing responsibility of manufacturers before consumers and society. In this article authors consider a role of ecological marketing, and also the factors influence forming and developing in the general administrative structure of the enterprise. Distinctions between principles of the general and ecological marketing, and also features of ecological marketing in the enterprise general system of marketing concepts are highlighted in this article. Here is specified the role of ecological marketing in reproduction process.
