In the article is proved necessity for working out of universal model of competitive behavior of firm which will allow carrying out selection of effective and almost realized actions taking into account certain external conditions in which the firm is put. The author suggests competitiveness to consider as certain competitive space of firm. The special attention is given classification of actions of firm on two groups: tactical which are directed on extraction of optimum results within the limits of existing borders and strategic which are directed on expansion of all competitive space of firm.
