Abstract References

In this close there were considered problems of functioning of the processing and food enterprises the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), indicators in the economy of the region play a considerable role in maintenance of the population of republic with a local foodstuff. In market conditions the local production not completely meets the requirements of the quality standard. The enterprises overworking and the food-processing industry require a manufacture innovation, updating and modernization of the process equipment and capacities.
