THE ECONOMIC NATURE OF COMPETITIVE CLUSTERS IN THE INVESTIGATIONS OF RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN SCIENTISTS

The approaches of Russian and foreign scientists to the studying of territorial-branch complexes are generalized in the article, the universality of economic laws and processes nature is shown. The author’s approach to the competitive clusters structure is given.
