ESTIMATION OF SCIENTIFIC POTENTIAL OF THE REGION ON THE BASIS OF THE THEORY OF FUZZY SETS

In the article it is presented a method of multipurpose estimation of scientific potential of the region, based on the model of recourse-institution-territorial composition of the components and the theory of fuzzy sets that permits to solve the problem of measurement of estimated parameters. The developed method is used for estimation of scientific potential condition of Perm Region.
